As Head of Marketing and Video at CAI Group, a newly launched start-up specialising in document processing, I led end-to-end video production from pitching through to editing and delivery. I also managed social media content and paid advertising across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, including budgeting, reporting and campaign performance. Alongside this, I oversaw the creation of marketing collateral, presentations and partnership packs, and managed an international team.
While the work was largely functional rather than creatively led, the role played a key part in developing my skills in social media management, motion graphics and digital illustration. It also strengthened my ability to work independently, adapt quickly and deliver consistently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
